The Family B has bought a house in the 10's in the center of Utrecht. They ask us to perform a baseline measurement. A baseline measurement means drawing construction drawings of the current state. The old drawings are often not completely adequate, because old buildings have been renovated several times.
The interior of this house has been completely stripped and is being rebuilt. Then it is important to have good drawings, of course.
The two sanitary rooms are drawn by us. With such a small space, sizing is even more important, so that you are not faced with surprises during construction.
